Banana-Blueberry Whole Wheat Muffins

Warning: Moist. Delicious. Addicting.

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 egg white

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

¼ cup raw sugar

½ cup vanilla almond milk

 3 ripe bananas

1 tsp vanilla

½ – 1 tsp cinnamon

 1 tsp of baking powder

½ tsp of baking soda

¼ tsp salt

2 cups whole wheat flour

 1 cup of blueberries

Directions to make these addictive muffins:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix the egg, egg white, applesauce, raw sugar, and vanilla almond milk

Add the vanilla and cinnamon. Mash in the bananas.

Stir the dry ingredients in a separate bowl (whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda,  salt)

Spray muffin pan with olive oil spray (or use liners) and fill 3/4 full.

Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on oven strength)- and enjoy a small piece of heaven!
