Mango Peach Green Smoothie

this is such a refreshing, green smoothie recipe !

.(a reminder of the benefits of kale).

after getting the blender out… i went back to shut the cabinet door and was greeted with a surprise….

blends better than a “kitchenaid”.

1/2 cup of frozen peaches and 1/2 cup of mangoes

gorgeous red kale~ about 2 fistfuls.

lovin’ these natural, vibrant colors.

Recipe for Mango Peach Green Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional and yes, I am obsessed)

1 cup almond milk (or whatever you prefer for dairy)

2 fist fulls of red or green kale

.enjoy.

  1. I’ve been adding local honey to my smoothies. Sweetens it up a bit AND you get the good stuff from the honey that help with allergies. I swear it has helped me get off all my allergy medication! …and it’s delicious.
