Peach Cobbler Baked Oatmeal (quick and delicious!)

the most comforting breakfast ever?

baked oatmeal.

…this peach cobbler oatmeal fools your mind into thinking you are having dessert for breakfast.


1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup sweetened almond milk (or any other milk product)

1/4 cup fruit of choice (peaches today- blueberries tomorrow)

Simple Cooking Directions (for each ramekin):

Just 3 easy steps!

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1/2 cup of rolled oats into a ramekin.

2. Add diced fruit (of choice!) and 1/2 cup of milk product.  Stir.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

(For an extra special treat, after 15 minutes of baking, top each ramekin with 1/2 tsp raw sugar and broil for 5 minutes.)

Top with greek yogurt and extra fruit…then curl up with a good book and a cup of hot coffee.

Dessert for breakfast?

Yes, please.

  1. I’ve never baked my oatmeal before, this looks SO good with the peaches and yogurt! I’m usually so lazy with my instant Kashi packets, Can’t wait to try this!
