Greens and Eggs (no ham)

Since I’m on a salad kick….

Just a quick idea for ya…

If you are an egg lover like me, this is the perfect addition to any salad.

Great natural Omega-3s from the yolk, and 6 grams of protein from the white.

(2 eggs added to this salad for a total of 12 grams of protein)

Also pictured beneath the egg…humus and dried basil.
