I wanted something sweet last night…so I chopped up some peaches and blueberries, threw some oatmeal on top and threw it in our toaster (at 400 degrees) oven for 5 minutes.
When it came out of the oven, I added a dollop of vanilla greek yogurt, and called it good.
and it was.
Consider this for a healthier dessert substitute next time you are craving something sweet. 🙂
