I have recently fallen in love with okra…and I have had fun finding new ways to cook it.
My friend Amanda recently tried baked okra and told me I had to try it. So I gave it a shot. And loved it!
Here is a VERY easy and delicious baked okra recipe that I found here.
Container of Okra
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Wash the okra.
2. Trim ends and put the okra on a foil lined baking sheet. Coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper and stir them around on the baking sheet.
3. Bake until desired “crispiness” or about 20-30 minutes.
Enjoy an awesome side dish! The baking gives a great crunch to the okra! I love this recipe…so simple and delicious.
