Crispy Tater Fries (baked)

 

Love this recipe! So simple, cheap, and delicious!!

Ingredients:

As many potatoes as you like (you can see here I used Russet and Red potatoes)

Olive Oil

Sea Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped Fresh Rosemary, to taste (I used about 1 tbsp)

 

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Slice your potatoes (SUPER simple to slice in the food processor with the slicing disc attachment!)

2. Put sliced potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil (approx. 1 tbsp), fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper on the potatoes and stir on the baking sheet. (You could also put everything in a bowl and toss to coat potatoes…but why create an extra dirty dish?!?)

 

 

3. Bake for 20-30 minutes (until desired crispiness)- stirring halfway (set timer for 10 minutes to stir!)

 

 

Fresh, crispy, and full of delicious salt and rosemary flavor!!
