Crock Pot Garden Vegetable Soup

The perfect soup for the upcoming chilly evenings!

And it is the easiest vegetable soup ever!


2 zucchini

3 carrots

2 garlic cloves, minced

2-3 celery stalks

1 onion, cut into large chunks

1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes

1 box of vegetable broth

2 fresh jalapenos, diced (optional)


1. Wash and chop up all of your vegetables to the size of your liking. Place everything into the crock pot.

2. Cook on low for 7-9 hours.

3. Enjoy coming home to a dinner already made and the best part? A house full of warm, cozy, delicious aromas!

4. Salt and pepper to taste…(I added cilantro in mine!)

Store in fridge for 2-3 days or freeze it to enjoy at a later date!
