During a cookie exchange last weekend, I learned a great new trick to spice up water for your water bottle or for a Christmas Party! (Thanks Jessica!)
*A lot of research is being done on the amazing benefits of cinnamon. To name a few it is shown to reduce blood sugar and LDL cholesterol. Many studies have been and are currently being done observing how cinnamon can help with degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
Fill a pitcher with water and drop in a cinnamon stick! It takes about 2-3 hours, so make sure you plan ahead! (You can also add apple slices, but I didn’t have one in the house!)

Bernoulli never fails to be right in the middle of everything I do. It is amazing how cats know exactly where you DON”T want them to be 🙂 However, it turned out to be a cool shot. Love how the glass reverses his image 🙂
