Tomatoes (cherry tomatoes keep it easy!)
To make a balsamic vinegar reduction, pour double the amount of balsamic vinegar desired (as it boils down quite a bit). Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer until desired thickness.
It was hard to capture the increased viscosity…but you can see it sticking to the bottom of the pan here.
Plate them up any way you desire. Pour some extra balsamic in a bowl for the guests to add to the mini-kabobs!
