Simple and Refreshing.
A healthy and delicious dessert, full of things most desserts are not….vitamins and nutrients!
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup of ice
2-3 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
optional: 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
juice of one lime
1. Add ingredients into food processor.
2. Place in a 8 x 8 glass dish. Freeze for 1 hour. If you freeze for longer, just let it sit out to thaw some before serving.
3. Serve it up with a mint garnish for added flare 🙂
drizzle with some extra honey and fresh lime juice.
